Terms and Conditions

This information is very important to take into account when you intend to purchase products from Holday.


You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully, when making a purchase/order on Holday you will be agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
We guarantee that your legal rights are not affected.
When purchasing/ordering from Holday you must guarantee that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of an adult to purchase/order from Holday and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published in an update to our online store.
Our Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, establish the necessary conditions for correct and effective use of our online store.

1 – PRICES
All prices are shown in the Holday online store, based on market prices. Please note that there may be changes due to fluctuations in the value of raw materials.
At Holday, we reserve the right to change any information without prior notice (prices, terms of purchase and product offers, information and technical specifications).

2 – HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
2.1 – Through our online store, you have access to the catalogue of available products. If you are not yet a customer, access your customer profile to enter all your details.
2.2 – View the product. By double-clicking on the product, you will be directed to all the information corresponding to it (product details, raw material, sizes, colors, etc.).
2.3 – After selecting the product, add it to the shopping cart. You can then continue shopping until you complete your purchase.
2.4 – When completing the purchase, there will be a form to fill out, with order delivery details and payment method, among others.
2.5 – The purchase will be completed satisfactorily, and you will then receive a confirmation email with the order number and all the order details. Keep this email in case any return is necessary.

3 – ORDERS
All orders are placed through our online store. Product orders are subject to stock availability.
In the event of a product being out of stock, we have the right to cancel the order and refund the customer the amount paid, using the same payment method.
However, in the case of a sold out product, which may be restocked, we will inform the customer via email if they wish to wait for the restocking time.
The customer can contact us via WhatsApp whenever they wish for any clarification.

4 – DELIVERY:
After validating your order in the Holday online store, you will receive an email with the shipping number.
At Holday we ship via CTT.
The maximum delivery time for Portugal and Spain will be between 5 to 8 working days.
Europe and other countries, the maximum delivery time is 8 to 10 working days. The shipping cost will be indicated during the order process.
All orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock availability and payment has been made.
In European Union countries, no customs costs will be applied.
In other countries, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay any additional duties, customs, charges or taxes determined by the destination country.

5 - PAYMENTS:
To purchase/order on Holday, you must ensure that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from an adult to purchase/order in the Holday online store.
The price applied is the one stipulated at the date of the order.
To ensure your protection, all transactions are carried out by third parties who safeguard your security.

    The service that IFTHENPAY offers integrates services from other Financial Institutions such as:

6 – RETURNS:
If you wish to return your product, you must do so within 7 (seven) days of receiving it.
We do not accept returns on customized or made-to-order products.
The product must be in perfect condition and packaging, with the corresponding purchase invoice and warranty.
The customer is responsible for the transportation and costs inherent in sending the returned products.
At Holday we do not accept product exchanges.

7 – WARRANTY:
At Holday, our products come with a 2-year warranty. Our warranty exclusively covers damage caused by a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover misuse, such as scratched, dented, broken, damaged or worn parts due to natural use, nor the improper use of the parts.

It is essential to present the guarantee.

8 – CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS:
At Holday we will do everything possible to respond to customer complaints within a maximum period of 5 days.

These Terms and Conditions contain the circumstances for purchasing/ordering from the Holday online store in a correct and regulated manner.
